@AgeasUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Had a non fault claim. Being forced into accepting the settlement even though I’m going to be way out of pocket.. only to be told they can’t pay it into my bank account and I need to set a different one up to accept payment 1/2

I have explained that I am in recovery and that isn’t an option as it would potentially put me more at risk and the woman who is the manager is basically telling me that’s not her fault and they are the options. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be ashamed of the whole service!
