Try putting that into perspective by imagining a packed football stadium, which only hosts 65,000 people. In December, US officials processed an estimated 300,000 people at the border with Mexico. Voice of America estimates that there have been at least 10,000 illegal crossings daily. And that’s just the ones they logged.
