DNR is still not legal in India. Fight to make it legal first rather than making it all about healthcare

Reports that Asha Bhosle received CPR are distressing. I truly hope they are untrue. A life of such music and grace deserves a dignified farewell, not the trauma of futile ICU rituals. @Jatinunplugged "DNR is still not legal in India" nope. One of my grandfather's brothers (who had long-term heart ailments) had signed a DNR when his heart issues were first detected, and it was respected when he slipped into cardiac arrest in 2021 (admitted prev. day while still conscious).
