How are managers motivated in the eSports scene when 99 percent of yall get paid nothing? Serious question, I don't understand the mentality haha.

@Javaanlol that’s like saying, why do you study at university for 8 years? You’re not getting paid. It’s for that knowledge, the complex experience to get the certainty and level you need to be at to achieve your goals.

I pay people based on experience if I see a content manager for example, that worked with an org for 9 months but that org has 1 content vid out why pay them? It was there job to get content out and put everything together. But if someone in 2 months has done more they deserve more. Simple.
