@HelReynolds Isn’t it our job to be the “Comms experts” though? To guide teams who have no idea how to communicate a campaign/initiative through these different steps? I totally appreciate the graphic is a bit tongue in cheek though!

@AEM00re @HelReynolds Some sympathy with this. I’d see us using it as a friendly example ‘hey cool, this is the process we follow too, let’s go through it together’ as much as the ‘not thought this through have you’ approach.

@JonathanPyke @HelReynolds Yeah definitely, I think it would be a shame to dissuade people from engaging with the team! Working them through the process then helps them to be informed when they next have a request/campaign they want help with too
