@ick_real I don’t think we “overcome” it. I’ve made peace with the fact that I’ll probably have waves of it for life. I feel deeply, I’m sensitive, + the world is full of dark, chaotic energy.

@JuliusNotes @ick_real absolutely. depression is strongly impacted by mineral and vitamin deficiencies. vitamin D plays a huge role. and 90-95% of serotonin is produced in the gut.
