An 18-year-old, identified as Justin Veronneau, has been charged with first-degree murder after OPP Const. Tarun Bali was killed in the line of duty near Hearst, Ont. Police say the 29-year-old officer was struck by a vehicle while investigating an incident on Tuesday.
