@JStein_WaPo As a friend said: 200 billion is... an odd number. It's too low for a high intensity sustained campaign in the middle east. The Iraq War cost 3 trillion and that's not counting for inflation. 200 billion is too much for a quick surge until the end of the month then de-escalate.
