@jeffreym_nelson @katiehobbs But not when it comes to charter schools and ESA vouchers??? You all act all alarmed when she vetoes a bill targeting public schools, include all schools and people who are receiving education taxpayer dollars if you want her to sign it.

@Ldev101 @katiehobbs The average salary of a public school teacher in AZ is around 60k. The average salary of a superintendent is 4 times that number. I would like to see more go to the teachers and less to the administrators. That bill would of helped show the public that.

@jeffreym_nelson @katiehobbs Do you realize the responsibility of a superintendent? The number of schools and people they are responsible for? You wouldn’t say the same for a CEO making $200-$250k our administrative pay is almond the lowest in the nation along with teacher pay.

@jeffreym_nelson @katiehobbs But CEOs managing that many people and buildings make millions. I don’t think Supts should? But I do think people have a misplaced idea of what they should make. Educators across the board make far less than their professional counterparts for equal schooling and experience.

@Ldev101 @katiehobbs I'm very aware of the salaries across the board Adel. I'm married to a public school teacher and see the work that goes into it. I've also ran a business that employed more people than some districts in our state. My position is that cutting administrative waste could send more-
