@henrymoeranBBC It’s not just Lords though. I’ve paid £104 for day 4 at the Oval later this week. And the fact the Oval doesn’t allow any food or drink to be brought in, and charges £8 a pint makes it an expensive day out (if the test even makes it that far)

@faunty78 @henrymoeranBBC Lord’s is the only test ground in the world where you can take booze in now. In Australia the beer in the ground is 2% after trouble started to happen more often. It’s almost as if it happens despite the spectators not for them.
