@LockNoob1 @centauri_team I am one of the best lock pickers in the world (in my opinion) and I never found a polished that worked better than a standard one. I just don’t see the point in all that. Especially if they cost more. Just my two cents.

@locksport_ok @centauri_team I’m one of the most average lock pickers in the world (my opinion) and I half agree. I think that for picks, it’s mostly just aesthetic past a certain point, but for rakes, it can help for a more smooth experience. Polished picks do look great tho!

@LockNoob1 @locksport_ok @centauri_team Absolutely, I'm a crap lock picker sure, but an average pick maker. My take is smooth is enough, its kinder on the brass lock not having a 32tpi blade of HY301 sawing into it, you can lose these 'teeth' with 400g alone, leave the tip contact point as is. Polishing is for show.

@LockNoob1 @xbmods @centauri_team I was just trying to be funny. Some days I can’t pick a lock to save my life. I still have a LOT to learn. But ya, I never been a fan of the whole “look how shiny my picks are” stuff. But I’m the same way with fancy handles. I would love Peterson handles on all my picks.
