I'm here to talk a little about handheld and integrated weapons in my AU In my AU, both are used. In the early years of the war, handguns were the standard, as both sides believed the war would end soon. As time went on, they realized that it wouldn't be like that. (1/?)

As the war progressed and its scale increased, both armies began developing more advanced weaponry. Some bots, with the vision of never finding themselves defenseless at any time, began to integrate weaponry into their chassis.

Some incorporated smaller weapons as an escape route or for defense. Others went so far as to exchange entire limbs for weapons.

Shockwave is one of the most extreme cases; he considers his body as a tool that must be improved. Reaching the point of being able to detach parts of their body completely to form weapons or exchange them

Weaponizers exist as drones with synthetic sparks, created entirely as manpower, military, and weaponry.
