There should be stricter regulatory laws against the predatory practice of cash out offer amounts by retail sportsbooks being well beneath market values.

@JeffreyBenson12 @potatokmish @spshoot it should be whatever price they are offering the bet X to win 152,500 amt. then maybe a 5-10% tax on that. think of it as a penalty for liquidity/early cashout. Most books offer cashouts for customers to lose that money "now" instead of at a future date. so its predatory lol
