Are the CIA hunting aliens through 23 & Me?

The 2010 TV series "The Event" has a very similar story line. In the series claims an alien ship crashed in Alaska in 1944 and about 100 alines were kept in a military prison there for decades while others escaped and blended into society and had HYBRID CHILDREN. The aliens eventually escaped and came up with a plan to DEPOPULATE the Earth so they could replace them with their own people from their dying planet. They claim to be the original advanced inhabitants of Earth but they left and now want to come back as their planet is dying. They come up with a plan to release a new super-deadly strain of the 1918 Spanish flu that will only kill humans but not their Alien DNA which they claim is 1% different than humans. The US Government learns of the plan and decides to use a FAKE tuberculosis outbreak to due mandatory TB testing in order to get DNA samples on millions to help identify the ALINES and their HYBRID CHILDREN. The show came out in 2010 while Obama was in his first term and they used actor Blair Underwood as the President. Obama refereed to a NEW Spanish Flu many time in his presidency and push for additional money for research.
