Ok so this is my ultimate dream realized: SNES, genesis, and game boy sound systems all being performed live, through midi, from one source. I love this *soooo* much.

It's still a mess for now, eventually the goal is to have a custom pcb made, that each chip (or sound system in the case of SNES, and main board in the case of game boy) connects to, all in a nice compact housing.

Still debating on the lil screen, it'll probably just be passive, displaying incoming notes and what system they're assigned to. I've decided (at least for this version) to keep the "controls" in the computer, as having it be fully stand-alone just isn't feasible atm.

Essentially I've run out of usable pins on the teensy, and I would need some pretty robust controls to be able to properly control everything. But perhaps if I can find a microcontroller with *even more* pins, and still this processing speed, I may try for a v2.

As much as I would love to make this a commercial product, and thus have people's input about how to go about it, I can only imagine the legal headache of "selling" something with patented hardware involved etc, well, you get the idea.
