On Monday we transformed bacteria by introducing a plasmid that had a gene from jelly fish, making it recombinant DNA. Today we got to see the results of our genetic engineering! Shout out to Joe and Evan for the most transformed colonies. @rbrea9 @rbraoe @rbrhs
