i think it's high time computers have the equivalent of an emulator savestate

@swenlei56 @NotPython_ @dum_on @bbpnz213 It depends on the type of VM. A process virtual machine like JVM wouldn't be considered as an emulator. System virtual machines on the other hand are indeed emulators. If you try to correct somebody, then be at least specific enough to be actually correct.
