i think it's high time computers have the equivalent of an emulator savestate

@bbpnz213 I mean, VMs have that (at least Hyper-V does) and VMs are just emulators for PCs so... they do, it's just for the emulators.

@swenlei56 @dum_on @bbpnz213 Emulation is the translation of one processor's instruction set to the instruction set of another. Virtualization does not do any translation.
