PS3 system libraries cellDmux and cellDmuxPamf, used for reading & demuxing PAMF media streams, have been implemented natively in RPCS3 thanks to capriots. This means these modules are no longer loaded from the PS3 OS libraries, they are loaded from our reimplementation instead.

@rpcs3 Infamous 2 doesnt run as smooth anymore also now has graphical glitches that werent present a few updatss ago
