@GendoWasRight Yes. Same way it's emulation when you run a PC game on an Android device, even though android is Linux based. The type of code the PS5 os runs on can't be read on its own by a PC, because it runs on a different os than a PC.

@labrat8s When you run a PC game on Android you're running x86 to Arm. The OS is irrelevant. It doesn't matter whether you're running FreeBSD (like the PS5) or Windows on your PC. The PS5 is fundamentally just a PC running FreeBSD
