@Note_Shell There is absolutely no need to do this with AI.
English

@mschoening @Note_Shell There is if your AI software doesn’t have it built in. I also built an agent for this and I think it’s ridiculous (and may 4 - expensive).
English

@DJEndoLive @Note_Shell Here is a worker I asked Codex to build with no manual input to automatically sync 165 currency rates into a database every couple of hours.
There is no need to harm a GPU for this usecase.
We will make this easier for you. I promise.

English

@DJEndoLive @Note_Shell Also, here is a future version of Personal Agent doing this for you if you really insist on using AI 😂:

English

@mschoening @DJEndoLive Yep but you have to write a simple prompt for that. It's partially automated.
English

@Note_Shell @mschoening You shouldn’t have to use AI for a simple formula. See also, Google Finance. Just add that to notion. Seems simple no? Charge people credits to do their exchange rates and make them make agents? Common now. lol.
English

@DJEndoLive @mschoening It's not about getting the exchange rate info. It's about automatically updating your database with the current rates.
English

@Note_Shell @mschoening More efficient (and accurate) to just have a formula that does it automatically in real time since exchange rates are constantly fluctuating.
English

@DJEndoLive @mschoening Yep but since the the exchange rates fluctuate, you cannot use a statc number in formulas. Formulas don't have any function to fetch exchange rate data so we have to fetch the data using Notion AI automation and then it updates the rate and the value gets reflected in the formula
English

@Note_Shell @mschoening Interesting. I’m not sure how much Google Finance formula updates but seems to keep all my sheets update and currency conversion for EUR and USD for every expense and invoice updated in real time via Google Finance. Would be great to have that feature.
