Boy every politician has sure got their socials working this Whitecaps thing huh? I think I've seen the same statement like 10 times now...

@BCLionsDen Why do all of your responses and takes in regards to saving the caps seem to have a negative undertone to it? I’m a massive lions fan btw

Not intended that way, I'm just not a fan of a) how this ownership has put the club in this situation b) how they are expecting government help whether they admit that or not and c) how politicians are using this to make themselves look good. I was a caps season ticket holder, back in the NASL days, I don't want them to leave, but I am also tired of the soap opera.

@OnlyLesRouges @BCLionsDen Even some media are so skeptical, maybe I am optimistic, but I think the meetings were by all accounts fantastic! The Caps statement was very vanilla but to be expected.
