can anyone explain me why my avatar turns grey when im playing on laptop but when i see it on moblie it got no issue

@Paperully Idk but this update causes so much lags for me, even with perfomance settings

@Paperully To fix it uninstall and the reinstall Roblox on you're laptop, it fixed it for me. Also check you're drivers are all up to date as well.
