Who gets a puppy & returns it, my ex tried to do this to me & you’ll notice our pugs are over a yr old now. Ladies, gentlemen, tell your partner you will NOT return your puppies, this makes it harder for them as now they get tagged for behavioral issues (ie death sentence for some)
