1. So angry with @AldiUK Order an armchair on 13/6 waited in on 22/6 for them to deliver the wrong item only similarity was it was grey! Had to then wait in on 25/6 for it to be collected before they would reorder the correct item. Collection was scheduled for 10-1

2. @AldiUK he then didnt turn up till 4. Had to wait till the following day to request a replacement. During all this time there was hardly an apology. I then got told my replacement would be delivered 5/7. We are now 7/7 and still no item.

3. @AldiUK contacted the so called 'customer service team' for them to tell me i now have to wait 72 hours so they can try get hold of the delivery company!!! So ive already wasted 3 whole days and still dont have my item or and kind of apology
