Zuko couldn’t learn lightning because it was difficult, right? How did people casually use lightning in LOK to provide electricity? Isn’t that unfair?

@Im_a_nerd__ He was imbalanced the time he tried to learn it. Lighting required separation of positive energy and negative energy and then releasing it.
