So i have a tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus extending to the posterior meniscocapsular region. And i don’t know what the means but it HURTS

@RosewingSong Simplest way to put it is you've torn tissue that is behind your kneecap. It runs from the right through to the left of your knee and acts like a rubber band.
