Also I get the UVA hype, but Syracuse beat them head-to-head and has a higher RPI, so it's interesting to see them seeded higher. Also, by that logic, if you're putting Duke in because their RPI jumped after beating UNC, then you have to apply that to everybody seeding-wise...

@ZakWolf22 General question: we decided 9 years ago that the RPI was outdated for basketball. Why does essentially every other college sport still use it? You’d think we’d have time to develop NET/NPI style rankings for everything else by now….
