I just got word that my offer for the 6th floor overlooking the park, river, bridges & stadium with a 3 story atrium was accepted! Not only that but it's $5 dollars less per sqft/per yr than budgeted & i believe a year free rent! @ScriptKittyCafe may just be happening!!!!
