The AGI Society and AGI Technical Conference Committee are pleased to announce an extension of the submission deadline for the AGI-26 Call for Papers. This decision has been made in response to numerous requests from prospective authors and in order to accommodate additional high-quality contributions. The new deadline for paper submission is Monday, April 20th, 2026. We encourage researchers and practitioners to take advantage of this extension to submit their original work. Authors are also invited to contribute to this year's special themed sessions. These include: - Neural-symbolic and hybrid approaches to AGI - Predictive coding frameworks for neural learning and inference - Practical proto-AGI systems - Active inference methodologies for general intelligence.
