Saw a resume that got shortlisted by FAANG. Looked at the projects and honestly nothing crazy. Now I’m confused how are people getting hired with projects like these while I see some crazy devs still struggling? Is the bar actually low or is there something else to it.

@SMSarwar47 All the replies are stupid, there are only 2 reasons which again boils down to one, it is simply the college NIT got a decent on campus placement and slowly built upto Faang, that's it.
