I'll never understand why owning rentals gets so much hate: - Cash flow - Loan pay down - Asset appreciation - Tax benefits ...Why aren't more people buying rentals?

@theficouple I think most people expect it to be more work than it really is. I've self managed up to 6 rentals at once (2 condos and 4 houses). Sure it takes some work. But I've found the benefits to be worth it in the long run. Buy right and hold tight.
