Just so it is clear, Rainhill Parish Council received £722 in adult pitch hire last year and we spent £4,600 on open spaces. We support our clubs, not profit from them. David Baines wants us to pay £24k a year despite Rainhill paying 2nd most council tax. Who is subsidising who?
