@TheO2 My wife and daughter are literally at the o2 now. Unbelievable. A lot of children upset and have travelled far and wide for this. You must have known an hour and half before the show starts to cancel it. It’s a kids show for goodness sake!! Terribly disappointed for all.

@TheO2 This is a joke, my partner and 4 yr old arrived there to see it’s cancelled and my kid is devastated! Hope you will also be refunding travel expenses for people who have arrived ?

@TheO2 Surely this means tomorrow is cancelled also? Cast cant isolate for just 1 day! Make a proper announcement and reschedule the run. Won't be happy to travel to venue tomorrow to find out too late that's cancelled like some of the poor folk on here today.

@TheO2 Kids heartbroken to be told its been cancelled. Unfortunately didnt find out till we arrived and lots of confusion with staff not knowing at first . Carpark refunded easily shame about the congestion charge!

@TheO2 2 disappointed kids this morning, turned up at the car park to be told that it had been cancelled, I did receive a email at 9 but already left home. The reason they don’t tell people till last minute so you still go in restaurants, outlet etc

@TheO2 This amount of notice is completely unacceptable. Will you compensate for travel? Understand why it’s cancelled but to find out upon arrival is appalling. Lots of very sad children (and adults).
