@ntvkenya Sophistry masquerading as intellectual thought. The constitution is quite clear on the definition of marriage.

His contention is with two different clauses, one defining marraieg and the other family. It's important to note though as he has stated the law clearly is against samesex marriage. But does family get greenlighted by a marriage? (I'm not a lawyer i only find these arguments interesting)

@ThinkPrayCode @ntvkenya The constitution is also not self-contradicting & self-mutilating. The provisions of non-discrimination, dignity etc abide. What should we do to, say, intersex persons who wish to start a family?
