Im still pretty young and I remember eating like a king with literal pocket change at diners and fast food restaurants less than a decade ago. Did everyone forget the McDonald's Dollar Menu? Why is it so hard for olds to admit shit's gotten expensive?

@jpizzle0329 "i'M pOoR lUnCh Is ToO eXpEnSiVe!" "Well don't buy the expensive lunch, just make this cheaper lunch that most of us live on every day." "NO IT SHOULD JUST BE CHEAPER! I WANT IT!" Some people never stopped being children.

@BorjomiDrinker Less than a decade ago, the dollar menu was... a dollar. So no, you don't remember eating like a king with literal pocket change, that's a very stupid thing to say.

@ThreadbareModel @BorjomiDrinker Okay so hear me out. A single hour of min wage work would get you $7.25. That means you can buy, stay with me now, SEVEN one dollar items. Would you say eating 7 McChickens isnt eating like a king?

@ThreadbareModel @BorjomiDrinker You didnt answer my question of four quarters not being pocket change. Also in that time toll booths were paid via change, so it made sense for people to keep a good bit of change in their cars. Ergo, pocket change
