$MMTLP Next Bridge Hydrocarbons We are now at S1-A Amended Version 11. This is also described as a pre effective S1. Additions include: Correction to the scrivener's error pursuant to which the delaying amendment on the cover of the Registration Statement was inadvertently omitted. An amended Filing Fee Table has also been added. Most of the remaining S1 is unchanged.
