@Xnerdz @caitoz Jan 25th 2006 if I recall rightly. They kept their 1988 charter which was entirely built upon genocide. They adjusted their stance in 2018 slightly to accept pre 1967 agreements but never really showed intent to accept them. They are the genocidal state in this story.

@Xnerdz @caitoz Gazans knew what they were voting for, though of course they had a choice between two evils - Hamas or Fatah. Fast forward to then dancing in the streets and spitting on Israeli corpses on 10/7 and I believe the picture is fairly clear.

The resistance had strong words against its enemy, just like the resistance had strong words against Nazi Germany during WWII. That doesn't make it right nor wrong, and "genocide" is not what ensued in the Nuremberg trials.
