Founder Problem Fit I was talking to a team and they want to pivot from something they've been doing something human non-scalably for over a year now to something that the market is hot about and completely different vertical. This is what Daniel Ek from Spotify believes to be the most important. More than Product Market Fit. When I see patterns of founders who started with me fifteen years ago, it is very clear who won. The ones who did pretty well were the ones who were obsessed with something instinctively and kept working on it for a decade. Some are still working. There were many more who kept chasing the newest trend - from e-commerce to SaaS to Big Data to D2C to AI - are the ones who did not do very well. Crypto has even shorter cycles. So it is easy to go from memecoins to perps to something else all the time.
