@p_bov1 There is no doubt it hits magnussons hand but it clearly hits a falkirk hand first no goal but surely a penalty?

@andy54708 The ball hitting a Falkirk players hand is only a penalty if deliberate or unnaturally making body bigger. I'm not sure either of those things are the case so it can't be a penalty for me. For goalscorer, none of them matter. It's a factual law.
