@Abdelhamed6261 @kdjhaveri C3 convertase is an enzyme that converts C3 to C3b which keeps the AP activation going. When an autoab like a nephritic factor stabilizes the enzyme (prolongs the half life), it facilitates ongoing activation of the complement system.
