Still, I believe it’s now probably the most Apple-like user guide among third-party apps, haha.

In CotEditor 6.2.0 and 6.2.1, I updated the user guide to match Apple’s current documentation style. That said, I don’t think making a user guide “Apple-like” is necessary at all to deliver a good native app experience. So this part is really just my personal hobby.

I still can’t replace my iPhone to a new one,because the size of my iPhone 13 mini is so good… I maybe buy iPhone Air within this year. But I'm not mentally prepared yet.

I'm steadily fixing issues in CotEditor 6. Sometimes I stumble upon unexpected Tahoe issues, and sometimes I find my own mistakes. After all, I often don't notice issues with setting combinations I don't use myself until release. The only way is to fix it promptly as it's found.

The UI design of macOS should be improved to provide the best “desktop experience.” Not to be a shallow immutable of iOS… They are totally different.

I’ve updated my CotEditor a lot to fit perfectly to the new design for macOS Tahoe 26. But inwardly, I’m against the design. What a futile change!
