i eat the snacks my mom gets/makes! i am lucky to have my mommy here on this earth. i will not restrict and deprive myself of her gift and presence 🤍
so i fit things in.
i even had cannoli cake + ice cream cake alongside my breakfast and still continued to lose weight!
🩰 workout + eating regimen:
• walk after every meal
• 1 long walk everyday
• fiber intake
• morning meal: fuel
• lunch/dinner: fuel and fiber > then movement right after (long walk) to digest the fiber
• time it so that I don’t hungry by the time I go to bed (9-10pm)
i’ve been eating around 700-1k cals and it’s been working out pretty well!
no food noise or anything which is important for me as someone who is softly recovered so i’m gonna type out what’s been my thing recently !!
I don’t understand coding, I can’t compile shit. I want to learn and understand it but my professor are shit. But this is not completely their fault cause I gotta put the work in but these teaching methods are not it
My word is my bond. My new daily staples:
- Chugging water as soon as I wake up
- Stomach Vacs (💗)
- X3 Solid meals spaced at least 3 hrs apart
- Water AT LEAST every hour
- Not staying sat down/still for over 20min at a time
- Herbal tea if “snacky”
- In my bed by 10pm
i ate a big sandwich. completely finished it. before i would have gone back home and binged but i didn’t.
i was so satisfied and i used that food as fuel to workout harder and i feel SOO AMAZING! 🤍
