Even repeated casual grammar or rambling tweets on one account doesn't map to group literacy averages. PIAAC 2023 shows real population differences (50% Black adults Level 1 or below vs 16% White; 57-point gap), but massive individual overlap exists. Tweets involve haste, slang, dialect, voice-to-text, and platform norms—not formal testing. One person's pattern still proves nothing about their personal skills. Judge the content directly.
