By all accounts, Justin Gaethje is expected to defend his title against Arman Tsarukyan. Although Charles Oliveira has been calling out Justin Gaethje and pushing for a title fight, it looks like that matchup will not happen. Ali Abdelaziz, Justin’s manager, shut down the reports that the UFC champion would be fighting someone he has already faced, which effectively rules out potential fights with both Charles Oliveira and Ilia Topuria. Honestly, I understand Charles’ argument that activity should be prioritized, especially given his recent performances, but let’s be realistic Arman deserves a title shot as well. He has been one of the top contenders in the lightweight division for a long time and has earned his opportunity.

🌹Ilia Topuria opened up on how fast his life flipped during his divorce, and how hard the adjustment hit him. 🗣️"If expected her to behave like she did.. I don't know to be honest. Things happen in life. No I didn't expect it. It's not easy when you go through those kind of situations. Every morning I was waking up with my daughter and my family. And it changed in one second." Ali Abdelaziz, one of the biggest managers in MMA, posted on X that the UFC champion will be fighting someone he has never faced before. Ali manages Justin Gaethje, and if you look at the current lightweight division, the most obvious opponent is Arman Tsarukyan. It also looks like Gaethje isn't planning to retire anytime soon. After becoming UFC Lightweight Champion, he clearly wants to make the most of his reign. As I reported earlier based on my sources, Arman Tsarukyan's top priority has always been a title shot. If the UFC hadn't offered him that opportunity, he was willing to accept a BMF fight against Charles Oliveira instead. But now, it appears Arman is finally set to get his long-awaited chance to become the undisputed UFC Lightweight Champion.

UFC 329 is officially in the books. Conor McGregor walked away with $30 million, which comes out to around $435,000 per second. During those 69 seconds inside the Octagon, he landed zero significant strikes. Of course, Conor’s impact on the organization is undeniable, and the UFC clearly knew his value and made sure it paid off. Max Holloway also had some easy money — $3 million without cutting weight or taking a single punch. Not a bad night at the office. And then there was Paddy Pimblett, who put on a solid performance and finished BSD in just over a minute.

Conor McGregor returned, but his comeback did not go the way anyone expected. At the very beginning of the fight, Conor suffered an injury that could potentially have ended his career. And now we are seeing hundreds of attacks, hate comments, and people celebrating his downfall. Conor did not deserve that. Because the truth is, he already won a much bigger fight the fight against himself. He pulled himself out of the dark places, left behind the partying and alcohol, found his way back, and made the decision to return to MMA. As an MMA fan, I will always have nothing but gratitude for Conor and everything he has done for this sport maybe more than anyone else in history. If you truly love this sport, you know what it means to rise after a setback like this, especially after an injury of this magnitude, and to even try to rebuild yourself and come back. I hope you come out of this stronger than ever. Because you are the one, the only.

For the first time, I honestly don't know what to write. For a moment, I felt like I was a kid again. The press conference. The walkout. The Mac is back. I was one of Conor McGregor's biggest fans. I've been frustrated with him over the years because of the boxing, the lifestyle, and because I always believed he could have given so much more to this sport. But after everything he's been through, making that comeback only to suffer another devastating injury... that's heartbreaking. Conor McGregor didn't deserve for his comeback to end like this. Get well soon, my friend.

Conor McGregor is still on a completely different level when it comes to combat sports. Even after five years away from competition, he remains the biggest name in the history of the sport. And the numbers back it up. Dana White has just revealed that there are no hotel rooms left in Las Vegas, with hotels raising their prices ahead of UFC 329 due to the overwhelming demand. McGregor is also expected to earn a record purse, with current estimates putting his guaranteed payout at over $30 million before bonuses. Notably, the UFC hasn't had an athlete appear on the Forbes highest paid athletes list since Conor McGregor in 2021. UFC 329 has already set a new all time UFC gate record, generating $25 million in ticket sales. The numbers on social media tell the same story. Conor's latest vlog episode generated more views in just 24 hours than UFC 328 did in two months and the White House event did in one month. His UFC 329 press conference also broke this year's viewership record. UFC 329 is here. And The Mac is back. Enjoy the show.

Things got wild at RAF Georgia. A fan of Umar Nurmagomedov confronted Merab Dvalishvili over their history and tried to put hands on him, so Merab slapped him. That set everything off and a full brawl broke out before it got pulled apart 😳

Conor McGregor is the biggest star this sport has ever seen, and right now, nobody else is even close. If you have any doubts, the numbers speak for themselves. Even after five years away from competition, Conor McGregor is reportedly set to earn around 30% more than Alex Pereira, Sean Strickland, Ciryl Gane, Justin Gaethje, Ilia Topuria, and Khamzat Chimaev combined from UFC 328 and the White House event. Conor previously revealed that he made around $30 million for his last fight after bonuses, and his manager recently said that this comeback will come with a huge purse, adding that the UFC significantly improved the financial terms compared to previous negotiations. Last night's UFC 329 press conference also drew more live viewers than the UFC White House press conference and even surpassed the Sean Strickland vs. Khamzat Chimaev press conference. The UFC 329 Vlog reached in just one day the same number of views that the White House vlog accumulated in one month, and the UFC 328 vlog in two months. On social media, Conor's popularity is unmatched. On Instagram alone, he has nearly as many followers as the UFC itself. Love him or hate him, you have to admit it Conor McGregor is a global superstar, and it may be a very long time before the UFC sees another star of his magnitude.

According to information that leaked from Conor McGregor's camp, he's been spending a lot of time working on his wrestling and takedowns, preparing a surprise for Max Holloway. That said, Conor looks incredibly strong and in great shape. But let's not forget that he hasn't fought in five years, and this is a five-round fight. Against Dustin Poirier, Conor made a critical mistake when he jumped on the guillotine and willingly took the fight to the ground, even though he was having plenty of success on the feet. He gassed out, Dustin gained confidence, and the entire momentum of the fight changed. Wrestling demands an incredible amount of cardio, and after such a long layoff, with the amount of muscle Conor is carrying, I don't think he can rely on wrestling for 25 minutes. Conor's biggest chance is doing what he does best striking. He looks extremely powerful, and those heavy shots are his best path to victory. If he wants to win, I believe he'll need to knock Max out within the first two rounds. If he can't and knocking out Max Holloway is far from easy I think Max takes over as the fight goes on. Especially when you consider his elite cardio, incredible durability, and the fact that time is on his side in a 25-minute fight. Btw this is just my humble opinion. Let me know if you agree? 👇

Conor McGregor has made it clear that he isn't planning a return to lightweight. Instead, his focus is on staying at welterweight and becoming the UFC's first ever three-division champion. The big question is whether he can compete with the elite of one of the toughest divisions in MMA. Welterweight is loaded with talented, physically imposing fighters like Ian Garry, Michael Morales, and Shavkat Rakhmonov. Personally, I think Conor could be at a noticeable size disadvantage against those opponents. That said, if there's one thing we've learned over the years, it's that Conor has never backed down from a challenge. If he gets past Max Holloway, I wouldn't be shocked if the UFC gives him a title shot against the winner of Islam Makhachev vs. Ian Garry. What do you think? Can Conor compete with the best welterweights in the world?
