I expect a deal to be done for just below £100m. It’s a lot but in a window where Gordon cost 80m and £120m is being quoted for Anderson, we might as well wrap this up quickly and sanction some outgoings to balance the book.

Potential forward options next season: Wirtz/Isak/Diomande Rio/Munoz/Gakpo/Frimpong Rio and Munoz can play across both wings. Munoz can play as a ST if needed (apparently) Gakpo can play as a LW and ST. Frimpong is the utility player that can play RW and RB. Ideal.
