@ProspectsUsmnt You must have forgot that Arfsten, Agyemang, Robinson, Roldan, Ream, etc all started their pro careers via the draft! It’s not a coincidence that some of these guys will end up having better careers than the 15 yr olds who are unnecessarily hyped up before ever facing adversity.

1 American player under 20. 4 who are 20. The rest are older or not American.
Not to say USMNT fans should have zero interest in what happens with the MLS draft. There’s the odd player or two who emerges, but I think you can look at the list of 18-22 year old players around MLS who have their options declined yearly and find better talent IMO.
Glad all these kids got an education. That’s the most important part.

So much talk about “what would X handicap shoot at Oakmont”… Why don’t we find a way to make it happen? Have a 5, 10, 18 whatever handicap play Monday after the @usopengolf. Back tees full rules of golf, and see what happens? May have to let a few groups thru and allow for 6-7 hours but I think we’re all here for it, no?? 😂

Eddie Johnson has created something special in Florida. US Soccer (domestic leagues included) could benefit with different methods. It’s not a one size fits all country.

What about the rated heroes? When some were underrated you didn't rate them. Now they're rated and praise goes to the underrated. What's understood doesn't have to be explained.

I came up in LA as a young broadcaster during a time when Vin, Chick and Bob Miller were around to dispense wisdom and Doug was just as impactful teaching me how the pros really do it. A great teammate to have, even better person to share a booth with. Appreciate Doug. RIP.

My biggest supporter died today. Whenever I’ve had a game for the past 14 years, our statistician, Doug Mann, was the best in the business. He worked with Vin, Chick, Bob Miller, and thank God—Mychal and me. He made all of us better. I hope you, Vin, & Chick are having a laugh 💔
