An Aam Aadmi Party worker named Richa Thakur was arrested by the Police after an FIR was lodged against her at Vasant Kunj Police Station of South Delhi under IPC sections 389 and 506 by two time MLA from Mehrauli @MLA_NareshYadav . It was alleged that Richa who is originally from Himachal Pradesh was blackmailing and extorting the MLA since last five years and was threatening to frame him in a false Rape Case.
