@united: your inability to run your airline has resulted in me being unable to perform surgeries I was scheduled to do today

@united : been sitting on the tarmac for 45 minutes watching nobody load the plane’s bags! What’s the deal? I’m only on this fight because you canceled my original one yesterday. Get your act together!

@united my elderly mother in law has been stranded at Newark airport for 24 hrs with no medicine, no bed to sleep in, no hotel voucher, and no information. @united then tried to up-sell her a plane ticket to get her home for $500. no change fees? This is a safety issue.

@united I am beyond upset by your inability to get a passenger to their destination. My MIL has been stranded in Newark for over 24 hours, has not had access to medicine or accommodations, was forced to pay $474 to rebook and now is delayed hrs bc of no flight crew!

Latest on Moderna booster with omicron, clearly of great benefit. Misinfo from conservative news outlets claim vaccines do nothing vs infection and therefore mandates have no scientific basis. Not true, vaccines do reduce infection as well as disease. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
