My @united flight is meant to *leave* at 9:05 and the gate agent just announced we are waiting on a FA who won’t arrive *here* until 9:14. Instead of announcing that 20 min ago (meant to start boarding at 8:15) they waited & now won’t even say we are delayed. Still “on time” 🙃

@united stranded in Vegas right now with 160 other passengers trying to get back to Chicago. While I commend the pilot for catching the engine malfunction, transparency is subpar. No direction given on if flight is canceled in the three hours since deplaning.

@united wins again. 4 hour delay for maintenance issues and they issue a meal voucher in a terminal where everything is shutdown. What a joke. It’s like they know they are messing with us.

@united so disappointed on your delay today for flight UA1390. My son is a LT in the US army on leave to go visit his twin brother in BZN. The flight from ORF was delayed for more than 4hours. He is missing his connection in Den and now has to wait until Mon am to catch a flight

@united I am pissed that I paid extra to choose my seat when I booked my flight months ago. I need a window seat because of neck and migraine issues. Today when I went to board group 6 I was told my seat was moved up 10 isles and it was an aisle seat

Well the idiots @united have done it again. They said because of weather "weight and balance" made the plane unable to fly from LAS to IAH so after 2+ hours we went back to the gate to fix it. I missed my connecting flight in IAH to TPA.

Well @united is a joke. Hubs flew out this AM for a work trip to Louisville 15 hours after we buried his dad. His bag didn’t make it on the plane. They told him they’d put it on the next flight out and he should have it tonight. It instead got put on a flight to San Fran.

@united horrible customer service service in Albany Forced me to check my carry on. No discussions Took my bag out of my hands and there were a dozen or open spots for bags. Needed things and now can’t get access until Cali didn’t want to fly untied - now i remember why
