Don’t fly @united with this @Boeing plane. There is nowhere near enough overhead. The gate experience is terrible due to stressed gate agents and then boarding is a trainwreck as there is maybe half as much overhead space as needed.

@united My wife and I are both on UA 2864. We want to upgrade to first class at the offered 17k miles. I did it, and now her miles upgrade cost jumped to 62k miles. PLEASE honor the original 17k. We're loyal United flyers, and jacking the prices 3.6x instantly is so frustrating.

lets talk about my experience with @united and an extreme lack of "customer service" i flew out of #athensgreece on a delightful flight, our crew was amazing. Shout out to #salem who took amazing care of us. landed in @Dulles_Airport and ... things took a turn south. except me.

@united please revamp the boarding process, start by screening the #preboarding passengers. As a loyal, United credit card holding, paying customer with status in your MileagePlus program, 50+ people who aren’t military, Global Services or 1K preboarded this morning. Please vet.

@united misty diamond on ur special assistance ph line yelled and hung up on me… i have flown with 2 service animals for 2+ years and she tried to tell me that i couldn’t have 2 service animals. Listen to the call recording - horrific. Not a good representative for your brand

@united you diverted UA 990 to calgary because of a crew medical issue. flew the plane back to sfo and now telling passengers they have to rebook on their own?? this is Scott Kirby’s “best airline in the world?”. you fucked over an entire plane of passengers and wrecked everyone’s travel plans with no alternative crew available to fly to Paris?
